We reserve the right to refuse any order should it be necessary for any reason and in the event of needing to issue a refund  as a gesture of good will, we will endeavour to do so through the business till, with funds being returned within 7days. You have the right to cancel an order up until food preparation is started. We apologise, but it is not possible to amend or cancel orders once placed. Depending upon business times this could be as little as a few minutes. Orders can only be cancelled by telephone. Orders cancelled before food preparation is started will be reimbursed using the same method used for payment. Any order cancelled after food preparation has begun will be charged to the customer, and no refund will be given.
